Worum es geht
Diese App sollte idealerweise folgende Funktionen haben:
- 360°-view on the Ad Customer / the Agency, the brands, the products, the motives, the Contracts / Deals
- Ansprechpartner (+Freitext-Notizen zu diesen) mit Foto
- Contact History & Notes (=Aktivitätenprotokoll + Besuchsberichte => auch die für Paul Parey konzipierte Wiedervorlage-Funktionalität)
- Prices & Conditions
- Sales Order History
- (2. Ausbaustufe: Ad Traffic Information (Page Views, Clicks, Conversions…))
- Sales Opportunities / Lead Management
- Ausbaustufe: Man sollte dann noch Luxus-Funktionen ergänzen, wie z.B. Visitenkarten-Leser, der einem den Kontakt gleich anlegt – und andere Tools solcher Art, die das Leben im Außendienst leicht machen (z.B. Tourenplanung für den Tag [welche Kunden will ich besuchen] mit Navigations-Integration [die auch die aktuelle Verkehrslage berücksichtigt]; auch könnte man die Wallet-Funktion für Flug- und Bahntickets damit verknüpfen; vielleicht macht auch eine Uber-Anbindung für die Reisekostenabrechnung Sinn – und solche Sachen)
